Justin Rubin

Justin Rubin, founder of ŌM, previously had a top-performing (15-person) real estate brokerage team at Douglas Elliman Residential.

​

He left the word of residential real estate in 2021 to build real estate technology companies, assembling a team of Upenn and Harvard data scientists and engineers to do so. 

 

The companies included:

​

1. Dealfinder - Sets of algorithms to identify the best investment opportunities in the Miami luxury condo market, purely from a quantitative perspective.

​

2. Justifi - A marketplace for luxury off-market residential real estate (Justifi). Justifi partnered with companies such as Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Sotheby's and also worked with owners directly in order to sell off-market inventory. ​​

​

Justin has now hung his license with Douglas Elliman again and utilizes his experience from his past endeavors to bring maximum value to ŌM's Off-Market clients. 

​

Justin is also a volunteer growth strategist for the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide (SPTS) and an avid yoga and mindfulness practitioner.
